Connection Analysis

This service will analyse various aspects of your Internet connection, ranging from the physical connection through to download speed and latency, summarising the quality and highlighting any areas for improvement.

You can then choose to follow our 6 step process which through a combination of information analysis, remote connection probing, scheduled tests and other methods will perform a deep inspection of your connection.

Throughout this process we will talk you through resolving and improving any areas of your connection possible, and at the same time accurately establish whether external factors such as your Internet Provider are at possible fault. If our tests indicate your Internet Provider to be at likely fault, the report generated provides a comprehensive case to quantify this to them.
